Yokozuna Kakuryu Authentic Tegata

Kakuryū was the 71st yokozuna and one of Mongolia’s great modern sumo champions. Known for his calm presence, technical skill, and intelligent ring sense, he rose steadily through the ranks before earning yokozuna promotion in 2014. He won six top-division championships and was admired for his composed, strategic style against larger and more explosive opponents. A respected figure of the Hakuho-era, Kakuryū retired in 2021 and remained in sumo as Otowayama Oyakata.

This is an authentic tegata - personally hand-printed and signed by the wrestler. The three red stamps show that Kakuryū was a Yokozuna at the time at the time the hand-print was made.
