Shodai Postcard

Shodai postcard - born in 1991 in Kumamoto Prefecture. He competes for Tokitsukaze stable and is a graduate of Tokyo University of Agriculture. He reached the top division in January 2016, finishing runner-up and earning the Fighting Spirit Prize. He won the September 2020 tournament and was promoted to ōzeki for the November 2020 rankings. He held the ōzeki rank through early 2023 before demotion after the January 2023 tournament.
