Ozeki Kotoshogiku Authentic Tegata

Kotoshōgiku Kazuhiro was a popular Japanese ōzeki best known for his relentless belly-bump driving style, nicknamed the “gaburi-yori.” Born in Fukuoka, he reached ōzeki in 2011 and became a fan favourite. His career peak came in January 2016, when he won the top-division championship, becoming the first Japanese-born wrestler in a decade to do so. A respected figure of the modern era, Kotoshōgiku retired in 2020 and remained in sumo as Hidenoyama Oyakata.

This is an authentic tegata - personally hand-printed and signed by the wrestler. The two red stamps show that Kotoshōgiku was an Ozeki at the time at the time the hand-print was made.
